Vision

A company belonging to Abengoa, a  leader thanks to its management in the creation of infrastructures, forest services and waste management for a globalized world,  and which contributes with the sustainable development.

Strategy

Within the framework of a strategy aligned with its vision, Teyma started its ongoing improvement process in 1996, a moment in which management systems were implanted with a view to improving the satisfaction levels of its internal as well as external clients.

Year after year the company has added new chapters to its management system, comprising new activities and systems for the improvement of our personnel and the environment’s safety. These systems have been certified as pioneers within the areas of activity in which we participate, and they resulted in our being awarded the National Quality Award on three occasions.

In the last few years the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility has grown as a new criterion of business development.

This concept can be defined as a business vision which harmoniously integrates - as part of the business management - respect for ethical values, for people, for the community and the environment.

It has been natural for Teyma to incorporate the concept of Social Responsibility within its values, as we have been on that road for more than one decade.

The first area of development for CSR policies is its own people, its staff. In this sense, the company has systematically carried out satisfaction surveys for both permanent and temporary staff for more than one decade. This is a central tool to determine the Human Resources plans and the Management Model for human resources.

Social Action

Corporate ethics, transparency and a good relationship with the staff, clients, suppliers and the community are aspects which Teyma considers as of vital importance for its corporate management.

At an internal level, social responsibility is founded on cooperating with the professional and personal development of the workers - enhancing the well-being of the people and their surroundings
